My first solo album, recorded with adam langalotti at replay music in Greenfield Mass. the process was to keep only the first take of everything then "sculpt" an album with overdubs that complimented that approach. many of these tunes had been charging inside my hands and voice for about three years before being recorded; i would play live variations of these songs often shifting structure on a whim due to the familiarity i had with the parts themselves. because of the openness of the process i might try to remake this album again in the future. thanks for listening !
